This update will be somewhat brief, since I've got about a BILLION things to do today. But since I'll be away for the next week, it seemed like a good idea to make some kind of note of where I am in life.
As usual, where I am isn't quite as far along as my to-do list would like me to be. ;) I had really hoped to have![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
branwynelf's daughter's dress finished today, but such was not to be. Well, I got the dress finished, but not the jacket that goes with it, or the lacing. It'll go quickly, next week.
I'm at work right now, but I hope not to be for too much longer. I haven't packed yet, I'm still in the middle of doing laundry, and it'd be nice to eat dinner, too. Fortunately, my boss can tell that today would be a bad day to hold me to eight hours.
Now, mind you, I did have a schedule that was going to allow me to work a full day today. And maybe not even be a complete basket case. Unfortunately, the universe didn't like my plan, and it decided to pick on my sister. Now that's just not fair.

So, dropped Jen off, finally got dinner, and went home. Hit bed around 2:30am. No packing done, no sewing done, no laundry done. Sort of started off today as the biggest stress-puppy in the world. I'm getting better, though, as I slowly catch up to myself.
